My wife and I welcomed the latest addition to our family last night. Ian was born on Feb. 23, 2010 and weighed in at 9.4 pounds. Mom and baby are doing well and I am doing my best to handle our two year old and the many trips between kindergarten and the hospital.
Thanks to all our family and friends for your well wishes. Things will be slow around here as we adjust to having a newborn but I will do my best to get you all some photos as soon as I can.

Congratulations, Phillip! My girlfriend and I welcomed our daughter, Ciel, into the world on February 1, 2010. It is both an unexplainable joy and fear wrapped in the same experience but I am enjoying every minute of it.
@Erik – Thanks for stopping by and huge CONGRATS to you also!! Your feelings are something I think every dad has to go through, but there is no better feeling in the world.
Is little Ciel your first child? If so, just wait it will only get better and better as she begins to grow and figure out the world. I think the teenage years is where it starts to go downhill. :) The little ones are so much fun to watch and we’re all blessed to be inspired by our kids! Congrats again!
